A surcharge for credit card payments on Tax payments? Really?
I reported them to MasterCard like the weasel that I am.
The last time I filled out that form, the lady at Bed Bath and Beyond checked Marjorie and my licenses for small purchases. When I showed concern that she wanted to see my license, she claimed my signature was illegible on my card and that it was for my own protection. Suspiciously, she returned my license before I signed the receipt :/
